Shipping & Return Policies

Please allow 2-3 weeks of processing time before your order is shipped out.  Each piece is handcrafted, made to order, and packaged by one person - your patience is greatly appreciated!

Refunds and returns are not accepted.

I am not responsible for lost items once USPS tracking status is "delivered".

If items are damaged during shipment, I'd be happy to replace them.  Photos of damage are required.
